📘 Mira Sales – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY (UK COMPLIANT)

Thank you for shopping with Mira Sales. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures in line with UK consumer law.
1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CHANGE OF MIND)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within:

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.
Once you notify us, you then have a further:
➡ 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:
- Item must be in unused condition
- Must include all original packaging and accessories
- Must not be damaged or show signs of wear
Exceptions (non-returnable items):
- Personal care items (e.g., earphones used, toothbrush heads)
- Hygiene products once opened
- Gift cards / digital downloads
- Custom or personalised items
- Items that deteriorate quickly
Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within:

We will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
✔ Replacement
✔ Exchange
✔ Full refund
We may ask for:
- A photo or video of the issue
- Order number and description of the problem
If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect:
➡ Return postage is covered by us.
3. RETURN PROCESS (STEP-BY-STEP)

- Reason for return
- Photos/videos if item is faulty
Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
We will send you:
- The correct return address
- RMA/Return reference
- Prepaid postage label (only for faulty/incorrect items)
Step 3 — Send the Item Back
Items must be returned within:
- 14 days after notifying us of cancellation, or
- 30 days for faulty items
Please keep a proof of postage.
4. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
✔ Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
We cover the return postage costs.
✔ Change of mind returns:
Customer pays return postage.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within:
➡ 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
6. EXCHANGES
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- Let us know during the return request
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item
- If an item is out of stock, we will refund you instead
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider (processing time varies)

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
