Affiliate partnership terms
Memorandum of Understanding
The following section summarises the terms governing participation in the Mira Sales Affiliate Marketing Partnership. By registering and participating in the programme, the Affiliate Partner agrees to the applicable terms.

Registration & Approval
Interested affiliates must register through the Mira Sales affiliate registration system. All registrations are subject to review and approval by Mira Sales.
Approved affiliates receive a 15-minute onboarding/training session.

Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 10% commission on every successful sale made through their unique affiliate link.
The commission rate is subject to review and may be modified at the discretion of Mira Sales.

Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Mira Sales using their unique affiliate link.

Promotional content must use high-definition images, accurate and honest product descriptions and represent Mira Sales professionally and responsibly.

Tracking & Dashboard
Sales generated through the affiliate link are tracked automatically. Sales and commissions become visible in the affiliate dashboard after a successful purchase.

Returns, Refunds & Deductions
Where a transaction involves a return, refund, chargeback, cancellation or other transaction issue, the corresponding 10% commission will be deducted from affiliate earnings in accordance with the programme terms.

Payments
Affiliate payments are processed on the 1st of every month via PayPal.
- Affiliate must have a PayPal account.
- PayPal ID must be added to the affiliate dashboard.
- Temporary alternative arrangements may be considered if PayPal is not verified.

Performance-Based Benefits
Mira Sales may upgrade affiliate accounts and provide additional benefits based on strong performance and compliance with programme requirements.

Conduct & Compliance
Affiliates are expected to maintain professional standards when representing Mira Sales and follow the procedures shared during onboarding and training.
Gross misconduct, misrepresentation or violations of programme guidelines may result in termination.

Termination Rights
Mira Sales reserves the right to terminate an affiliate partnership in cases including policy violations, misconduct or non-compliance with training or promotional standards.

Agreement Acknowledgement
Participation in the Mira Sales Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in the affiliate MoU.
