Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) ~ Affiliate Marketing Partnership
This Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the affiliate marketing partnership between Mira Sales and the Affiliate Partner.
By registering and participating in the Mira Sales Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner agrees to the following terms:
1. Registration & Approval
Interested affiliates must register via:
https://affilitrak.app/register/mirasales.com
All registrations are subject to review and approval by Mira Sales.
Once approved, the affiliate will receive a 15-minute onboarding/training session.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn 10% commission on every successful sale made through their unique affiliate link.
The commission rate is subject to review and may be modified at any time at the discretion of Mira Sales.
3. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Mira Sales using their unique affiliate link.
Promotions may be shared on personal platforms including but not limited to:
Snapchat
Other social media platforms
All promotional content must:
Use high-definition images
Contain accurate and honest product descriptions
Represent Mira Sales professionally and responsibly
4. Tracking & Dashboard
All sales generated through the affiliate link will be tracked automatically.
Sales and commissions will be visible on the affiliate’s dashboard once a purchase is completed successfully.
5. Returns, Refunds & Deductions
In the event of:
Returns
Refunds
Chargebacks
Order cancellations or transaction issues
The corresponding 10% commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings.
6. Payments
Affiliate payments will be processed on the 1st of every month.
Payments will be made via PayPal.
Affiliates must:
Register for a PayPal account
Add their PayPal ID to the affiliate dashboard
If PayPal is not verified, alternative payout arrangements may be made temporarily.
7. Performance-Based Benefits
Mira Sales reserves the right to upgrade affiliate accounts and provide additional benefits based on strong performance and compliance.
8. Conduct & Compliance
Affiliates are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism while representing Mira Sales.
All standard procedures shared during training must be followed strictly.
Any gross misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of guidelines may result in immediate termination of the affiliate partnership.
9. Termination Rights
Mira Sales reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time in case of:
Policy violations
Misconduct
Non-compliance with training or promotional standards
10. Agreement Acknowledgement
Participation in the Mira Sales Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined in this MoU.
