Order Policy – Please Read Before Placing Your Order

1. International Sourcing

   • We source our products directly from China, Hong Kong, the USA, the UK, and the EU.

2. Import Duty and Taxes

   • Any import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by customs are the responsibility of the client.

3. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

   • We reserve the right to cancel orders or make necessary amendments at our discretion.

5. Product Availability

   • If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or issue a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

   • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or otherwise problematic, you agree to provide clear evidence, including photos or videos, to support your claim.

7. Returns Policy

   • Returns must be sent to our supplier in China. Upon agreement with the supplier, we may refund the return postage.
   • Please note that returns for reasons such as "change of mind" or "dislike of the product" are not covered under this policy.

8. Customs Duty Refusal and Refunds

   • If you refuse to pay customs duties and the goods are returned to us, we will only refund the cost of the goods, excluding shipping charges.
