Description
1. This spot welder is suitable for securely welding various cylindrical lithium-ion batteries (e.g., 18650, 26650, 32650), Ni-MH, and Ni-Cd batteries. It supports the use of nickel strips with thicknesses from 0.1mm to 0.3mm.
2. An integrated intelligent logic control chip automatically calculates the battery power parameters. This smart regulation is designed to prevent MOSFET burnout ("blowouts") during operation with different battery types.
3. Equipped with a total of six Infineon MOSFETs (three on the front and three on the back), the welder is engineered to handle peak welding currents up to 1800A, providing strong and reliable performance.
4. It requires users to provide their own separate 6.5V-16V power supply to operate, as it is not included.
