About The ProtuctFor Ford 2011-2018 Radio, Add a Subwoofer Amplifier Plug and Play Wiring Harness
This harness provides connections for a set of RCA cables to provide an audio signal to an external amplifier and provides additional circuitry with remote wires for remote amplifier hookup wires. This wire and set of RCA cables connect to your aftermarket amplifier. All that is left for you to do is connect the main power wires from the battery and ground.
The volume of the amplifier can be adjusted via the dial on the harness. For ease of access, we recommend using an external volume knob. (Not included)
Inverter Adjustment Instructions:
1. After making all necessary connections, turn the adjustment pot fully counter-clockwise, turning it all the way down.
2. Turn on the stereo and adjust the master volume control on the stereo to about 3/4 of the MAX volume.
3. Select one of the adjustment points and slowly turn it clockwise until you notice audio distortion, then stop.
