Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or not working
- You receive the wrong item
- The item is not as described on our website
To process your return quickly, we may ask for a photo or video showing the issue.
Do I Need to Return the Item?
In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item, especially when photo/video proof is sufficient.
If a return is required, Mira Sales will provide clear instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
